• In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable.
• You have the possibility to change the date of the session or to postpone the deposit to another type of session at the latest 72 hours before it. Once this deadline has passed, it’s no longer possible for you to change the date and the deposit is no longer refundable.

1. Booking a photo shoot
   A reservation can only be done by email, message on Instagram or SMS. (no voice messages or phone call)
   In order to validate your reservation, a deposit of 150.- is requested. The deposit is not refundable.
2. Course of the session
   On the day of the session, be sure to come together at the chosen time, any delay will be deducted from the time set of the session.
   Only people participating in the shoot can attend the photo shoot.
3. Price and payment
   Payment must be made in cash on the day of the session or in advance by bank transfer or twint. (possibility of paying in 2 installments according to prior discussion)
   No refund will be given.
4. Delivery of photos
   Unretouched photos will be sent no later than 1 week after the session.
   Retouched photos are ready within 3-4 weeks after receipt of the choice.
   The photos are provided by wetransfert in digital format.
5. Saving photos
   After sending the photos, saving them is the responsibility of the customer ! link is valid for 1 week. If there is a problem for download the photos or inability to download them, contact me quickly , for resend the photos.
   Unretouched photos are kept for 1 month after the date of the session.
   Retouched photos are kept for 6 months after sending them.
   Retouched photos must be chosen a maximum of 1 month after the photo shoot. Without a response from you within 1 month of the session, the edited photos will no longer be available.
   The photographer cannot be held responsible for the loss and saving of photos.
6. Photographic style
   By choosing Anastel Photography, you are accepting the artistic style of it. The client accepts that this vision is different from his own. The photographer cannot be held responsible if the client does not like the photos. The customer should understand that unretouched photos will not look perfect like retouched photos.
7. Behavior during the photo shoot
   The photographer is not responsible for the mood of the children. Photoshoot cannot be brought back ( changed) and full payment is required.
8. Gift card
   Gift cards are neither exchangeable not refundable. They are valid 1 year after purchase.
   Gift cards are sent by post.
9. Personal belongings and accident
   Anastel Photography is not responsible for any loss or breakage of an object belonging to one of its clients.
   Anastel Photography cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident with clients.
   The client is responsible for himself and for the people accompanying him to the session. In the event of deterioration or breakage of the equipment by the customer (s) or children, the latter will have to reimburse at the price of the new one.

By coming to me and paying the deposit, you agree and accept all the general conditions.
